GP’s Income:
• First 3 months: £3,000 per month + Medical Indemnity and Financial Support for GPs Exams
• Next 6 months: £3,500 per month + Medical Indemnity
• Next 3 months for General Practitioners registered in UK: £5,400 per month
• Starting from year 2: £6,250 – £7,000 per month
Type of contract
• Model BMA contract. No financial boundaries, fees or restrictions are allowed. No exclusivity requirement or no time limitations.
• The Responsible Officer for NHS England can impose conditions that the employee must meet to achieve and maintain a listing on the National Performers List.
• The employee cannot take on any additional paid work, such as Out-of-Hours sessions, whilst on induction placement without the agreement of the Clinical Mentor and Educational Supervisor. Such agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.
• Childcare Voucher Scheme.
Bonuses:
• £5,000 relocation grant will be paid when the employee starts on the Essex Scheme.
Hours of work:
• Model BMA contract; FTE 37.5 hours a week.
Requirements:
- English Level: conversational (IELTS Certificate is a plus)
- Pending GMC Registration / Registered with GMC
